高校大学生感恩心理及其相关研究

College Students' Psychology of Gratitude and Relevant Research

采用GRAT和ICS对3所高校231名在校大学生进行调查。结果显示:女大学生的简单感激和对他人感激的水平显著高于男大学生;农村大学生的简单感激和富足感的水平显著高于城市大学生;理工类大学生在简单感激方面显著高于文史类大学生;感恩心理与主观幸福感存在显著相关,对他人的感激维度对主观幸福感具有正向预测作用。当代大学生的感恩心理受到性别、家庭环境和专业等多方面的影响,感恩心理与主观幸福感关系密切。

231 college students from three colleges and universities are surveyed by using GRAT and ICS. The results show that female college students display a considerably higher degree of simple appreciation and gratitude to others than male col- lege students; college students from rural areas exhibit a significantly higher level of simple appreciation and sense of affluence than those from urban areas; students majoring in science are substantially higher than those majoring in liberal-arts; psychol- ogy of gratitude is closely related to subjective well-being, and one＇ s gratitude to others produces a positive effect on subjective well-being. The psychology of gratitude of contemporary college students is influenced by such factors as gender, family back- grounds and major, and psychology of gratitude is closely associated with subjective well-being.
