摘要
目前高师小学教师教育人才培养目标和现有教学模式都存在弊端,运用"四阶段教学模式",将高师小学教师教育舞蹈课堂教学分为舞蹈作品欣赏与舞蹈基础知识传授、舞蹈技能教学和模仿、舞蹈作品表现与阐释、舞蹈作品创编四个阶段,转变传统的舞蹈教学理念,加强相应的教材和基础设施建设,可以提高小学教师的培养质量。
Recently there exist some disadvantages in teaching models and personnel training objectives for prima- ry school teachers in colleges. Based on such situations, the author puts forward a four-stage teaching model for the first time and divides the dance teaching in the classroom into four stages including dance works appreciation and the teaching basic dance knowledge,dance skill teaching and imitation,dance works performance and interpretation as well as dance works creation. By converting the traditional dance teaching theory, improving the quality of related text- books and basic infrastructure, the quality of primary teachers will be bettered.
