浅谈电大招生工作人员能力现状及提高途径

Discussion on Enhancing Competence of Staff Working in Admission Department of Open University

高校招生工作日益市场化,在我国这样高校林立的激烈的市场环境下,学校通过提高培养质量、优化师资配备、增加基础设施投入、采取市场化招生等手段是必然的,然而招生工作人员良好的素质和综合能力更是不可或缺的因素。本文通过分析电大教育与其他高等教育的差异,针对目前招生工作人员现状,提出招生工作人员应具备的能力,及就如何提高招生工作人员综合能力进行探讨。

In response to severer competition in terms of enrolment,it is essential for a university to upgrade its teaching quality,optimize its staff structure,invest more into its infrastructure construction,and adopt market-oriented approaches etc,and enhancing competence of enrolment practitioners has thus become one of the biggest concerns.This paper compares and contrasts open education with conventional tertiary education,then analyzes skills that consist of abilities of qualified personnel working in the Open University admission department,and finally discusses ways to strengthen their capabilities.
