浅谈信息时代广播电视大学图书馆管理

Management of Open University Library in Informationization Era

图书馆是大学教育的重要组成部分,是校园文化建设的根本保障,随着信息化的快速发展,给各高校图书馆的管理带来了严峻挑战。广播电视大学的学生相对特殊,学习时间相对灵活,图书馆在学生的学习中发挥着重要作用。目前从广播电视大学图书馆的发展来看,还存在着管理理念落后、资源整合难、移动阅读有待完善、信息化水平低等诸多急需解决的问题,这些问题直接影响了图书馆为学生服务的质量。鉴于此,笔者提出了广播电视大学图书馆的管理与服务创新对策,希望坚持以人为本的创新知识管理理念,提高信息化水平,提供个性化服务,从而不断加强图书馆的影响力,更好地承担文化资源的传承,是具有现实意义的研究课题。

As one of the most important components of university education system,the library is also indispensable in the construction of the university culture.Its role in the Open University is of special significance to distance learners,who,different from those of conventional schools,study in a more flexible manner.Rapid transformation of informationization has already brought about great challenges to the management of university libraries,and it is no exception in the Open University.Problems have arisen like backward notion,difficulties in resources integration,mobile reading yet to be perfected,and informationization of low level etc.The paper thus proposes some countermeasures to tackle the above problems,such as human-orientation,informationization level improvement,service personalization,so that the library could enhance its own strength in conveying cultural resources.
