由民众与政府互动看政务微博

Viewing Administrative Micro-blogs from Perspective of Public-government Interactions

近两年微博客作为网络媒体的新兴势力风靡我国。本文从微博客的定义和传播特点入手,结合当前我国政务微博炙手可热的发展现状,解析了政务微博盛行的原因及存在的问题,认为只有政府部门制订并完善相关规章制度、各级地方党政机构做好政务微博运营的具体工作、提升微博客尤其是政务微博客的媒介素养,才能促成政府议程与公众议程的良性互动。

The last two years saw micro-blogs as an emerging internet media sweeping throughout China.This paper firstly discusses its definition and characteristics in mass-transmission.Then it examines the contemporary phenomenon that administrative micro-blogs are being widely used,by analyzing causes to their popularity and digging out existing problems.The paper finally concludes that effective government-public interactions can be achieved,when the government perfects this mechanism by properly adopting this tool and raising the media literacy of its users.
