摘要
历史和现实的经验表明,只有坚持把社区建设作为推动社会管理创新的重要内容和途径,不断强化城乡社区管理和服务功能,努力把问题和矛盾解决在城乡社区,化解于萌芽状态,才能确保城乡基层的和谐稳定,进而为整个社会安定团结和国家长治久安奠定坚实基础。
It is indicated that community construction is the important content and method in the promotion of social management innovation. It is important to strengthen the management function and service function of commu- nity in both urban aleas and rural areas.
