摘要
关键能力自引进中国以来,得到旅游界的认可,社会发展、行业需求等要求培养出来的高职旅游类学生必须具有关键能力。八项目指学生在校期间,组成团队,认真完成参加协会、表演节目、当主持人、与陌生人沟通等八个项目。经过对实施八项目的班级的初步测试,证明八项目在培育高职旅游类学生关键能力方面成效显著。
Since Eight-project has been introduced in China, it is recognized by the industry. Social development and industry demand require the students in Vocational Tourism Management Faculty acquiring key competencies. Eight-project is the product of exploring students' key competencies based on practical experience, which represents that the vocational students must complete the Eight-project at school by organizing collaborate team, attending associations, playing performance, hosting activities and communicating with strangers consciously. Furthermore, the social development, the characteristics of vocational colleges, the characteristics of tourism industry, vocational student characteristics, teaching reform and other factors are the basis of Eight-project implementation. In order to completing Eight-project, we must provide support on ideology, system, staff, reformation of teaching and students' association, etc The remarkable achievements on cultivating the key competencies of students in vocational tourism management faculty are proved through the preliminary checkout on the classes that implementing the Eight-project.
