论中小学校长课程领导的角色行为

摘要 校长课程领导关系着课程发展和学校教育的质量,是校长专业发展的重要标志。作为课程领导者的中小学校长,应该成长为课程愿景的规划者,课程实施的管理者,课程团队、课程资源的组织者,课程改革的推动者,课程文化的倡导者,课程反馈的评价者。校长在课程实施中角色及行为的实践中不断提高课程领导力,从而推动课程改革和发展。 A school master’s curricular leadership is closely connected with curricular development and the education quality of a school and is an important indication to his or her professional development. School master as curriculum leader should become the planner of curricular vision, administrator of curricular implementation, organizer of curricular team and curricular resources, propeller of curricular reform, advocate of curricular culture, and evaluator of curricular feedback. A school master improves his curricular leadership in his practice of role and behavior, and hence propels curricular reform and development.
