转型期民族教育发展中存在的问题及对策研究——以大理州剑川县石龙村为例 被引量:1

摘要 市场经济条件下,随着现代化和城市化的快速发展,少数民族地区的社会环境明显改变,阻碍少数民族教育事业发展的问题逐步显露。文章以大理州剑川县石龙村为例,对少数民族地区的教育现状进行分析,发现目前少数民族教育发展中面临的问题主要有:基础设施差,办学条件仍然落后;教师队伍素质差,待遇水平不高;父母支持子女上学的态度积极,但易受外界环境影响;年轻一代的受教育程度仍然偏低,求学积极性不高。经济是制约教育发展的根本因素,为了进一步推动民族教育的发展,在大力发展少数民族社会经济的同时,还要注重发挥教育发展中主要参与人的能动作用。 Under market economy, with the rapid modernization and urbanization, the social environment in ethnic minority areas has been improved substantially, and problems which impede the education of ethnic minority areas have gradually emerged. Taking for example Shilong Village of Jianchuan County, Dali Prefecture, this article analyzes the status quo of education in minority areas and finds the following problems in the development of education: the infrastructural facilities are poor and the conditions for school running are still backward; the teaching staff are poor in both quality and income; parents are subjected to outer influences though they support their children’s schooling; the younger generation’s education level is still low. As economy is the essential factor restricting educational development, in order to accelerate the development of ethnic education, we must attach importance to major participants’dynamic function in educational development while striving to develop the social economy of ethnic minorities.
