摘要
本文提出构建辅导员发展共同体改善辅导员职业倦怠现象的崭新视角,借鉴自我效能理论对辅导员职业倦怠进行干预。辅导员发展共同体以专业化发展为目标,以共同发展愿景为纽带,以自主发展模式为特征,可有效改善辅导员职业倦怠现象。
The paper offers a band- new perspective for handling advisors' job burnout- construction of development community, suggesting to apply self- efficacy theory to intervene. Advisors' development community must be directed toward professional development, with common development visions as the bond, and featuring independent development patterns.
