摘要
本文从新疆少数民族学生贫困群体的特征为切入点,紧紧围绕如何解决"大额学费、学习激励、医疗应急、提升能力"重点领域,积极探索构建"造血式"的四位一体助学体系。
This paper actively explores ways to construct a four - in - one financial aid system for poverty - stricken minority students from Xinjiang with their group characteristics as the pointcut, centering on the important issues of substantial tuition, learning motivation, medical emergency and ability improvement.
