新时期大学生党建工作的实证研究——以广州地区高校为例

Empirical Study of New-Period Party Construction among College Students

笔者在广州市6所高校进行了大学生党建问题的调查研究,调查主要从大学生入党动机、大学生党员发展情况以及大学生党员模范作用发挥三方面展开,并在调查研究的基础上提出相应的对策建议。

The paper is a result of the survey on Party construction work among college students from six universities in Guangzhou. The survey centered on three aspects： students＇ motives for joining the Party, recruitment of new member among college students and exertion of student Party members exemplary role. Based on the survey, this article offers some suggestions for better Party construction in colleges and universities.
