摘要
通过对我国农垦胶工老龄化问题的研究,提出对胶工老龄化的界定,阐述出现老龄化的四个原因及其影响,得出结论。
The number of aging workers has been increasing greatly in recent years in China state farms. This will be a poten- tial threat to the sustainable development of natural rubber. The author tries to find out the reasons which caused aging prob- lems and tells the influence would happen.
