摘要
目的探讨海氏迪茨菌株中VapA/VapB基因质粒子的表达及临床药物敏感性。方法利用16SrRNA技术,采用马红球菌株ATCC133701p+为应变标准,评价海氏迪茨菌株分子性状,纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果海氏迪茨菌株与马红球菌株的相似度为80%,对万古霉素、利福平、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、氯霉素、头孢三嗪的耐药率为0,对复方磺胺甲嗯唑、青霉素G的耐药率为100%,红霉素耐药率为7.3%,头孢他定耐药率为11.5%,阿米卡星耐药率为23.7%,头孢噻吩耐药率为32.7%,头孢唑啉、苯唑西林、氨苄西林耐药率为65.5%~91.8%。结论海氏迪茨菌株与马红球菌株的相似性为80%,是马、猪、牛等动物的致病菌,也是人类罕见的致病菌,能够引起呼吸道、尿道感染和败血症等。在临床应用抗生素时,应根据药敏试验结果选用,可延缓该菌耐药性的产生。
Abstract: Objective To identify the virulence and antigenic structure of strains of Dietzia marls samples collected from Yellow River precipitate by using VapA/VapB genotype, and to define Di- etzia mavis's biological characters in clinicM samples and to analyze its drug hypersensitivity ex- perimental results. Methods Dietzia maris molecular characteristics and Kirby-Bauer method for susceptibility testing were isolated by using 16S rRNA and the Rhodococcusequi ATCC133701p+ as the standard evaluation. Results The similarity between Dietzia maris and Rhodococcuse- qui was 80%. Dietzia maris's resistance rate to vancomycin, rifampicin, ciprofloxacin, ofioxacin, chloramphenicol, ceftriaxone was 0, and the rate to sulfamethoxazole oxazole and penicillin Gwas 100%. Its resistance rates towards erythromycin, ceffazidime, amikacin and cephalothin were 7.3%, 11.5%, 23.7% and 32.7% respectively. And its resistance rates towards cefazolin, oxacillin and ampicillin were between 65.5% and 91.8%. Conclusion The similarity between Dietz maris and Rhodococcusequi is 80%. Dietz maris is the pathogenic bacteria of some animals, such as horses, pigs and castles. It is also a peculiar pathogenic bacterium of human being. It can cause respiratory infection, urinary tract infection and septicemia. The antibiotics should be used reasonably according to the results of drug sensitivity test in clinic so as to prevent the drug resistance of Dietz marls.
