BNP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6与慢性充血性心力衰竭的诊断和心功能分级相关性 被引量:22

摘要 目的研究脑尿钠肽(BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清中的变化情况,以探讨其相关性。方法 80例符合纳入标准的心力衰竭患者和60例健康体检者抽取静脉血测定血清中BNP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6。结果心力衰竭患者BNP、CRP、TNF-α和IL-6高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心力衰竭组治疗前后各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心功能分级各组与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),各组间比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 BNP、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6在慢性充血性心力衰竭的诊断和心功能分级方面有重要价值,可以指导临床判断心力衰竭及其严重程度。 Objective To observe brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) changes in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) to evaluate the relationship between them. Methods Two groups were included in the study. One was the treatment group consisting of 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria and the other was the control group with 60 healthy people. Venous bloods were taken from both group to determine their BNP, CRP, TNF-a and IL-6. Results BNP, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 were higher in treatment group than in control group with obvious difference (P 〈0.05). The indexes before and after treatment. In CHF group had statistical significance (P 〈0.05). Cardiac functional classification groups showed difference before and after treatment (P 〈0.01). There were significant difference between the two groups (P 〈0.01). Conclusion BNP, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 play an important role in the diagnosis of chronic congestive heart failure and cardiac function. Those indexes can guide clinical diagnosis and help to judge the severity of heart failure.
