脑电图及头部MRI检查对首次癫痫发作后再发风险的评估 被引量：2

摘要 癫痫是神经系统常见疾病之一,目前我国癫痫的患病率为5‰,其中500～600万为活动性癫痫患者[1]。目前癫痫治疗方法主要有药物治疗、外科治疗、生酮饮食及迷走神经刺激术等。药物治疗仍是临床首选的治疗方法。国内外临床研究表明,癫痫患者经过正规的抗癫痫药物治疗,
