贝类折光马尔太虫LAMP可视化检测方法的建立 被引量:1

摘要 根据折光马尔太虫的基因保守序列设计了1套特异性环介导等温扩增(LAMP)引物,建立了折光马尔太虫LAMP可视化检测方法。该方法全部反应可在1h内完成;可通过肉眼观察颜色直接判定结果;检测的灵感性可达20fg,高于常规PCR方法100倍;对其他贝类常见病原体的检测结果均为阴性。结果表明,所建立的折光马尔太虫LAMP检测方法简便、快速、灵敏、特异,可用于贝类折光马尔太虫感染的快速检测。 A loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay was developed for rapid detection of Marteilia re- fringens using a set of specific primers targeting the conserved region of Marteilia refringens. The assay could be finished within l h,and the presence of Marteilia refringens could be detected by naked eyes. The detection limit of this LAMP method was 20 fg,which was 100 times higher than the routine PCR. This LAMP method was no crossreactivity with the other pathogen of shellfish. These results suggest that this LAMP assay is a simple and specific method for rapid detection of Marteilia refringens in clinical samples.
