摘要
为研究采煤机截割部的工作稳定性,利用Matlab、Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS联合构造的仿真平台建立截割部的刚柔耦合动力学模型。基于ADAMS/Vibration模块对采煤机截割部进行强迫振动分析,获取系统主要模态能量分布及各阶模态的动态响应特性,对壳体的振动特性及其对传动系统的影响进行分析。分析结果为改进采煤机截割部设计、提高其工作稳定性提供了依据。
In order to study the stability of shearer cutting unit, the rigid - flex coupled dynamic model of the shearer cutting unit is established based on the simulation platform composed by Pro/E, Matlab, ADAMS and ANSYS. The forced vibration analysis of shearer cutting unit is carried out based on the ADAMS/Vibration module, and the sys- tem mainly modal energy distribution and the modal dynamic response characteristics are obtained. The vibration char- acteristics of shell and the influence on the drive system are analyzed. The foundations for improving the shearer cut- ting unit design and working stability is provided by the analysis results.
