摘要
针对目前外平动齿轮传动结构庞大、振动大、噪声高的问题,提出一种结构紧凑、完全平衡的内平动齿轮传动装置。在综合考虑偏心轴弹性变形,齿轮副处弹性变形及偏心轴行星轴承、输出轴支撑轴承弹性变形的情况下,建立了该系统的弹性动力学方程,根据该方程求解出它的固有频率,齿轮啮合力及轴承载荷等一些动态特性,并对结果进行分析,为进一步优化齿轮传动设计,减少振动,提高机械性能提供依据。
Aiming at the problem of large structure, severe vibration and high level of noise for the present exter- nal parallel moving gear transmission, a kind of internal parallel moving gears transmission with compact structure and complete balance is proposed. The elastic dynamics equation of the system is established by synthetically considering some factors. In the modeling process, the factors including the elastic deformation of all eccentric shafts, the elastic deformation of meshing gears, the elastic deformation of planetary bearing on eccentric shafts and supporting bearing on output shaft, and some dynamic characteristics such as the natural frequency, gear engaging force, bearing loads of system are derived according to the equation, and the results are analyzed. The basis on further optimizing the design of gear transmission, reducing vibration and improving mechanical properties is provided.
