摘要
在ADAMS/View中建立了六连杆开口机构的CAD模型,并对其进行了运动学仿真分析。通过线性弹簧来代替实际纱线,创建了一种可以模拟纱线张力动态变化的虚拟仿真平台。通过动态仿真获得了纱线形变量和纱线张力变化曲线,并将实测结果与仿真结果进行比较,验证了该模型的合理性和可行性,为纱线张力的测试提供了一种新思路。
The CAD model of 6 - bar shedding mechanism is set up in ADAMS/View, and the kinematics simu- lation analysis for it is carried out. Hookeanspring is used to substitute for actual yam, and a virtual simulation platform which could simulate dynamic changes of yam tension is created. The curve of yam deflections and tension change are acquired through dynamic simulation, and the rationality and feasibility of the model is verified by comparing the simu- lation results with the measured results. In results, a new way of measuring yam tension is offered.
