行星滚柱丝杠副轴向弹性变形的有限元分析 被引量:16

摘要 以行星滚柱丝杠副为研究对象,综合考虑螺纹牙接触角和螺旋升角的影响,利用有限元方法计算轴向弹性变形,将有限元解和解析解进行对比,最大误差为4.85%。在此基础上,分析了不同轴向负载作用下接触角和螺旋升角对轴向弹性变形的影响。结果表明,轴向弹性变形中,赫兹接触变形为主要变形;螺纹牙的弹性变形和von Miese应力变化趋势一致,且呈现明显的载荷分布;轴向变形随着接触角和螺旋升角的增大而减小。可见,合理增大接触角和螺旋升角有利于提高行星滚柱丝杠副的传动精度。 By taking a planetary roller screw as the research object, the influence of contact angle and helix an- gle on axial elastic deformation are considered, and the axial elastic deformation of screw pair are calculated with finite element method. It is concluded that the results of finite element calculation and the theoretical calculation are approx- imate, and the maximal error is 4.85 %. The effects of contact angle and helix angle on axial elastic deformation are analyzed under different axial load. Results show that the Hertz contact deformation is the main deformation of axial e- lastic deformation. Besides, the variation trend of elastic deformation is the same as that of the van Miese stress, the axial elastic deformation will be decreased duo to the increase of contact angle and helix angle, therefore, moderate contact angle and helix angle are favorable to promote transmission accuracy of planetary roller screw.
