摘要
讨论了阶次分析原理,阐述了阶次分析技术及重采样方法实现的原理,给出了计算公式,并通过稳态和瞬态两种试验,分别采用两种分析方法对齿轮箱的主要噪声源进行了识别,对比结果表明阶次跟踪法在对旋转机械噪声源识别上便捷而高效,较传统的频谱分析法更有优势,具有较强的实用和推广价值。
The principle and re - sampling method of order tracking analysis are discussed. Then two analysis methods, steady state method and transient method are used to identify the main noise sources of the gearbox. By com- paring the results, it shows that order tracking method in noise source identification of rotating machine is convenient and efficient, and has more advantage than the traditional spectrum analysis.
