地塞米松、油酸、乳酸对体外培养脂肪细胞HSL mRNA表达的影响

Effects of dexamethasone,oleic acid and lactic acid on the expression of HSL mRNA in adipocytes cultured in vitro

摘要 为了研究地塞米松、油酸、乳酸对HSL mRNA表达的影响,试验采用实时荧光定量方法检测脂肪细胞中HSL mRNA的表达量。结果表明:油酸、乳酸抑制脂肪细胞内HSL mRNA表达,抑制作用随着浓度增加而增强;地塞米松促进脂肪细胞内HSL mRNA表达,促进作用存在剂量依赖性。 To investigate the effects of dexamethasone,oleic acid and lactic acid on the expression of HSL mRNA in adipocytes,the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to determine the expression levels of HSL mRNA in adipocytes.The results showed that the expression levels of HSL mRNA were inhibited in adipocytes treated with oleic acid and lactic acid,respectively.The inhibition increased with the increase of oleic acid and lactic acid concentrations,dexamethasone could promote the expression of HSL mRNA in adipocytes,and the effect of promotion was dose-dependent.
