表皮干细胞的研究进展

摘要 表皮干细胞具有无限增殖和分化的潜能,对维持表皮的自我更新、保持皮肤的正常结构具有重要意义。目前,利用干细胞进行组织重建和转基因研究成为生物医学领域的重要方向;因此,表皮干细胞的研究已引起科研人员的广泛关注,文章仅就表皮干细胞的生物学特征、表面标记、分离鉴定方面的研究进展作一综述。
