As the new paradigm of criticized industrial civilization development and the widely accepting concept, the sustainable development has became the dominant ideology of the global development strategy and the programme of action in the world. There is the hug gap between the theory and practice. That Marx＇ s critical of logic of capital provided an important theoretical basis which can be used to analyze the limitations of the sustainable devel-opment, and indicated the direction of the strategic transformation of industrial civilization and the contruction of human new civilizaton.
