摘要
农民工是我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中涌现出的一支新型劳动力大军,是推动经济与社会发展的一股强大力量。但是长期以来,农民工就业的不充分、不稳定一直是制约农民工收入增长的重要因素。基于对这一现象的思考,分析了影响农民工就业的多种因素,对于目前形势下如何促进农民工就业作了初步探讨。
Migrant workers in China＇ s reform and opening up and the industrialization, urbanization process in the emergence of a new workforce, is a powerful force to promote the social and economic development . But full employment of migrant workers and instability has restricted the growth of income of migrant workers are important factors.
