2×300MW机组两炉一塔湿法烟气脱硫系统分析及建议

摘要 介绍了某电厂2×300 MW机组2炉1塔石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)系统FGD主保护、增压风机并联运行、增压风机出口汇合烟道及烟气泄漏等问题,分析了影响FGD系统投运率的因素。从FGD系统运行、维护和投运率等角度考虑,建议2×300 MW机组在场地布置允许的条件下采取1炉1塔的布置模式。 The two boilers with one tower based limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system of 2*300 MW units in a certain power plant is introduced, including the main protection of FGD,parallel operation of boost fans, flue channel of boost fan export and flue leakage problem. Factors influences the operation ratio of FGD is analyzed. It is suggested, from aspects of tile operation, maintenance and operation ratio of FGD, that the one boiler with one tower should be adopted for 2*300 MW units if the field size condition is allowed.
