摘要
＂十二五＂时期,四川污染防治工作将坚持出重拳、用重典,突出抓好水、空气和土壤三大环境要素,着力加强重金属、危险废物和化学品三类污染物风险防控,推动环境管理由＂以污染控制为目标导向＂向＂以环境质量改善为目标导向＂的战略转型。
