摘要
介绍了高强瓦楞蜂窝复合纸板制造技术及其特点,并按照夹层结构力学性能测试方法对其进行了平压强度、侧压强度、弯曲强度、弯曲刚度和剪切强度测试,按照瓦楞纸板戳穿性能测试方法测试了其戳穿强度,此外还与蜂窝纸板的相关性能进行了分析比较。研究结果可为高强瓦楞蜂窝复合纸板及其制品的开发应用提供科学依据。
Manufacturing technology and features of corrugated composite paperboard were introduced. According to mechanical properties of sandwich structue and corrugated paperboard, flatwise compression strength, edgewise compression strength, flexture strength, flexture stiffness, compression shear strength and puncture strength were tested. Relative properties of honeycomb paperboard were also tested and compared with corrugated composite paperboard. Research results can provide a scientific basis for the development and application of corrugated composite paperboard and its products.
