By using the computer network, a coal and gas outburst accident prediction warning system is designed, the basic ideas of the system, composition and main functions are introduced. The early warning system has the functions of data analysis, safety monitoring, gas analysis on geological data, mine plans and draw-aided design, and so on. It can accurately analyze and evaluate coal and gas outburst, for reducing accidents. It has great practical significance for the safety production of coax enterprises.
