This paper discusses how to solve the problem of the correlated contents transformation in data with different structures namely heterogeneous data. This method based on the system that has been realized before makes abstracts and summarizes a general algorithm. This algorithm has universal instructive significance and can be realized by being transformed into some programming language conveniently, which has strong guide significance to develop the applications of database system actually.
