模糊神经网络是将人工神经网络与模糊逻辑系统相结合的一种能处理抽象信息的网络,是控制理论中智能控制研究领域一个十分活跃的分支。模糊神经网络吸取了神经网络和模糊系统的长处,在处理非线性、模糊性等问题上有很大的优越性,在智能信息处理方面存在巨大的潜力,使得越来越多的专家学者投入到这个领域中来,并取得了卓有成效的研究成果。文章介绍了模糊神经网络的发展、优点、应用及其发展动向,论述了模糊神经网络目前的几个研究热点。

Fuzzy Neural Network （FNN） is an active branch in the intelligent control. It＇s composed of the neural network and fuzzy logic system organically. FNN can deal with the abstract information, such as the language information. And it is good at self-leaming and self- tuning. Fuzzy Neural Network combines the advantage of Fuzzy system and Neural Network system. It has so great superiority in processing problems of nonlinear, fuzzy and so on and so huge potentialities in the field of intellect information processing that more and more scholars and experts devote themselves to this field, and have made considerable headway. At first development, merits and application of ~neural network are introduced in this paper. Then, the trends are presented. At last, its severed main research directs.
