摘要
联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)成立初期,为解决世界各国普遍面临的文盲泛滥的问题,提出了一个重要的教育理念——"基本教育"。本研究借助于福柯的"话语实践"理论,运用N-Vivo8.0对UNESCO的"基本教育"大会决议文本进行处理,发现"基本教育"具有强烈的、浪漫的自由主义色彩。这使得"基本教育"在面临现实的挑战时,不得不逐步退出了历史舞台,但它在UNESCO播撒下了理想的种子,奠定了UNESCO整个教育思想体系的基调。
In order to solve the problem of overspreading illiteracy worldwide, UNESCO put forwards its first important concept of "Fundamental Education" in 1940s. This study adopts Foucault's "discursive practice" theory and uses N-Vivo8.0 to analyze UNESCO's resolution text on "Fundamental Education". The research findings show that "Fundamental Education" has a strong flavor of romantic liberalism, which makes "Fundamental Education" gradually faded in the history liberal spirit of "Fundamental Education" did plant the UNESCO's education philosophy system. when facing challenges from the realities.
