摘要
基于齿轮啮合理论推导了正交面齿轮的齿面方程,建立了齿面的数学模型.通过UG软件的二次开发软件仿真了正交面齿轮插齿加工过程,生成了正交面齿轮的参数化模型.通过该仿真可以直接反映面齿轮的加工参数和面齿轮的关系.使用近似公式对面齿轮变尖半径进行了计算,并运用UG测量工具对仿真模型中的面齿轮变尖半径进行了测量,通过对比二者,验证了仿真的可行性.
According to the gear meshing and the differential geometry theory, the tooth surface equation of orthogonal face gear is derived and the corresponding mathematical model of orthogonal shaft is founded. Computer simulation of shaping process of orthogonal face gear based on UG/Open GRIP of UG is achieved. A foundation to parametric design of involute gear cutter is provided. Shaping process of orthogonal face gear using involute gear cutter is simulated and the parametric model of face gear is generated. The process of machining face gear is shown. The radius of pointing was calculated by the approximate formula, and measured by the tool of UG. The feasibility of the method is demonstrated by comparing the two situations.
