摘要 为了避免水泵运行过程中的各种突发事故,及时、准确地诊断水泵运行过程中的各种故障,基于CAN总线和模糊理论建立了水泵在线状态监测及故障诊断系统.该系统利用组态与Visual Basic(VB)应用程序的动态数据交换技术增加了相对阈值预警功能,同时根据水泵运行过程中故障与其征兆之间存在的模糊关系,基于COM组件的VB与MATLAB混合编程技术构建了故障诊断专家系统.系统运行结果表明:当水泵运行状态出现异常时系统可实时预警,而且系统性能稳定可靠,显著提高了水泵的安全管理水平. To avoid various sudden accidents and diagnose various faults timely and accurately during pump operation, an on-line condition monitoring and fauh diagnosis system for pump is established based on CAN bus and fuzzy theory in the paper. In this system, warning function of comparatively threshold value is added using dynamic data exchange technology between configuration and Visual Basic (VB) application program. At the same time, a fault diagnosis expert system is established using mixed programming technique based on COM component between VB and MATLAB according to the fuzzy relationship between faults and symptoms during pump operation. Result of the system running shows that the system can real-time alarm when the operation conditions of pumps are abnormal. The system has good reliable performance, and it significantly enhances the level of safety management for pumps.
