H_∞鲁棒控制在改善DFB激光器中的应用

摘要 针对分布反馈式(DFB)激光器频率响应曲线存在明显张弛振荡峰的问题,设计了一种控制系统.该控制系统能改善激光器频率响应特性,提高激光器鲁棒稳定性.在激光器存在老化现象的基础上,建立了激光器模型,并采用H∞鲁棒控制理论设计控制系统,在不同条件下,分析和比较了激光器频率响应曲线.仿真结果表明,设计的控制系统能明显抑制频率响应曲线的张弛振荡峰,增强激光器系统鲁棒稳定性,降低参数扰动对系统的影响. For the peak of relaxation oscillation in the frequency response curves of distributed feedback (DFB) laser, a control system was designed. The system improved the frequency response characteristics of lasers. On the basis of the ageing phenomenon of lasers, the model of lasers was established, and the control system was designed by using H∞ robust control theory. The frequency response curves of lasers were analyzed and compared under different conditions. Simulation results show that the designed control system can significantly restrain the peak of relaxation oscillation in the frequency response curves, enhance the robust stability of lasers and reduce the influence of parametric disturbance in the system.
