摘要 介绍了武汉大学电离层实验室研制的电离层斜向返回探测仪(WIOBSS)智能显控系统的设计,给出整个设计的流程图和相关的软硬件结构以及该系统的基本和扩展功能.其中显控系统是以地图为背景,采用地图上画图的方法,清晰显示雷达回波覆盖区域,对照地图,可以直观获取雷达威力范围.显控程序同时对获取的数据进行处理,从绘制的电离图中提取群时延距离、回波幅度、目标位置和运动速度以及目标的其他特征参数,以直观、有效、准确的方式呈现给雷达的操控者.此显控系统简单易懂,操作方便,具有非常友好的人机交互系统. The Wuhan ionospheric oblique backscattering sounding system (WIOBSS) was developed successfully by the Ionospheric Laboratory of Wuhan University. This paper introduces the design of its display and control system, the entire design flow chart, the related hardware and software structures, and the basic and extended functions of the system. The display and control system is based on maps and directly draws pictures on the map. It clearly shows the radar echo coverage area and the power scope of radar by contrasting the map. The program can also extract target parameters from raw data, such as group delay, echo amplitude, target location, velocity, and so on, when drawing ionograms, which are intuitive, efficient and accurate to the radar control persons. This display and control system is very simple, easy to use, and has friendly man-machine systems.
