美国的“未来教师培养计划”及教学策略研究

摘要 美国研究型大学自20世纪90年代以来推出的"未来教师培养计划"获得空前成功,并在实践中总结了很多培养未来高校教师的成功教学策略,这些策略有助于未来高校教师个体教学认识论的逐步成熟。
