球笼式等速万向节轴向间隙形成的周向间隙分析 被引量:1

摘要 运用空间几何学原理研究了球笼式等速万向节轴向间隙形成周向间隙的条件并推导了任意摆角和转角下轴向间隙与周向间隙的关系式,使用Matlab软件分析了周向间隙随轴向间隙的变化率,及此变化率随摆角和转角的变化规律。研究表明:增大球笼式等速万向节的摆角可有效减小由轴向间隙形成的周向间隙,摆角超过20°时,由轴向间隙形成的周向间隙为零,由轴向间隙形成的周向间隙的6次波动是造成万向节转动时内部各零件窜动与冲击以及使用寿命降低的重要原因。 The conditions on how circumferential clearance formed by the axial clearance of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint is studied by using the principles of the space geometry and the formula between circumferential clearance and axial clearance in arbitrary swing angle and rotating angle is deduced. The changing rate of circumferential clear- ance with the axial clearance and the changing discipline of the rate in any swing angle and rotating angle are analyzed by using Matlab software. The results show that the circumferential clearance can be reduced effectively by increasing the swing angle of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint, and the circumferential clearance is zero when swing angle exceeds 20 degree. The six fluctuation of the circumferential clearance leads to traverse and impact of internal parts of the rotating universal joint, reducing the service life.
