摘要
针对某企业两片罐生产过程中产生的乳化液废水和酸洗废水具有排放不规律、波动性大以及酸洗废水易对处理工艺造成pH冲击的特点,提出了乳化液废水和酸洗废水的预处理方案。对乳化液废水采用酸化破乳联合高效油水分离器的预处理方法;对酸洗废水和破乳后的乳化液废水采用两级pH调节处理工艺,提高含油废水的抗pH冲击负荷能力、降低废水中F-、PO43-和SO42-等复合无机污染物的浓度,实现除油中和沉淀一体化。出水水质达到GB 8978-1996中的三级标准,处理费用为2.59元/m3。
The pretreatment process of emulsified wastewater and pickling wastewater which had the characteristics of emission irregular,large fluctuations as well as acid pickling wastewater treatment process resulting in the pH change from two-piece can making was put forward.The acidification deemulsification and high efficiency oil-water separator were adopted to separate emulsified wastewater and pickling wastewater,respectively.The oil elimination-neutralization-precipitation integrated reactor,containing two-stage pH adjustment system,were adopted to remove complex pollutants(such as F-,PO43-,SO42-,and Al3+) and improve the oil wastewater to resist pH change,making integration of degreasing,precipitating and neutralization.The effluent reached the Integrated wastewater discharge standard of China(GB 8978-1996),and the cost of the pretreatment is 2.59 yuan/m3.
