磷化涂装废水处理工艺改进研究 被引量:2

摘要 以具体工程为实例,阐述了化学法除磷工艺中影响除磷效率的要素及其作用方式。进水磷酸盐质量浓度超过20 mg/L,工艺改进前出水磷酸盐质量浓度为1.2 mg/L,经过工艺改进后出水磷酸盐质量浓度降至0.4 mg/L以下,达到了上海市地方标准污水综合排放标准的一级排放标准。 Chemical phosphorus removal was still in use on phosphorus removal field because of its simple operation and high phosphorus removal rate.This paper expounded the chemical method of phosphorus removal process phosphorus removal efficiency of the effect factors and its functions through a specific engineering example.In these examples,the phosphate concentration of influent was over 20 mg/L before process improvement,the phosphate concentration of effluent was 1.2 mg/L,which did not meet the discharge standard.After process improvement it fall to 0.4 mg/L and reached the emission standard.
