ERNT工艺处理焦油污水的工业应用

摘要 采用ERNT工艺对陕西某焦油深加工企业污水进行处理。经过3个月左右的调试,该工艺出水COD去除率为91.5%~94.5%,氨氮去除率为96.5%~100%。若进一步深度处理,出水可以满足厂区内回用水要求。该工艺脱氮效率高,运行费用低,适合于焦化、焦油深加工等化工领域的污水处理。 The ERNT process was used for treating wastewater from a tar further processing factory in shanxi.It was about three months for debugging,COD removal efficiency varied from 91.5% to 94.5%,the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency varied from 96.5% to 100%.If it was further treated,the wastewater was recycled for factory.The process with high nitrogen removal and low operation cost,the process was suitable for treating coking and tar further processing wastewater of chemical industry.
