厌氧-气浮-好氧工艺处理浓香型白酒厂污水工程实例

ENGINEERING EXAMPLE OF LUZHOU-FLAVOR LIQUOR DISTILLERY BY THE PROCESS OF A-O-AIR FLOTATION

将厌氧-缺氧-好氧工艺(A2/O)处理白酒厂污水,改造为厌氧-气浮-好氧工艺(AF-ABR-气浮-CASS)。新工艺对COD、BOD5、SS的去除率分别是99.64%、99.58%、93.35%,处理后水质达到污水综合排放标准GB8978-1996一级排放标准。改造工程具有针对性强、水质水量适应范围广、运行稳定、剩余污泥量少等优点。

The liquor wastewater treatment program was turned from anaerobic-anoxic-oxic（A2/O）into A-O-air flotation（AF-ABR-air flotation-CASS）.The COD,BOD5,SS removal rates of new process were 99.74%,99.57%,93.31%,respectively,which met the requirements of first grade integrated wastewater discharge standard（GB 8978-1996）.The technology of the reconstruction project had many advantages,such as good pertinence,steadily running,wide adaptive range of water quality and quantity,less residual sludge and so on.
