摘要 从理论上分析了多浇口成型分子的流动取向,并显示多浇口成型过程中熔接痕的形成位置。以汽车车门内饰板为例,针对传统的3点进浇成型容易出现的缺陷,利用Moldflow软件模拟其针阀控制顺序充模过程,对顺序注塑工艺和浇口开关时间进行初步优化,在熔体温度200℃,模具温度40℃,冷却时间20s的工艺条件下,分别在第1个浇口开启1.2s和1.6s后开启第2个和第3个浇口,通过对比锁模力、填充时间、熔接痕、变形等成型结果,验证了顺序注塑工艺能显著改善塑料件缺陷。用于实际生产中,可以获得高质量的塑件。 Analyse the flow orientation of the multi-gate mold, and display the location of the welding line in the multigate forming process. Adopting sequential injection molding, for the defects of the traditional gating system, here using moldflow to simulate the forming process of the molded part of the vehicle pocket, in the condition of 200 ℃ melt tem perature.40℃ mold temperature and 20 s cooling time, the second gate and the third gate will be opened after 1.2 s and 1.6 s after the first gate opening. Preliminary optimization of sequential injection molding process and the gate switching time, by comparing with the molding result such as clamping force, filling time, welding line, deformation, etc. Verify that SIM can significantly improve the plastic part defects, which achieved a good application to the production and improved the quality of the product.
