提出了一种热磁式过载脱扣器长延时保护整定电流的快速校验工艺,对电流最佳整定倍数、最佳整定时间、最佳操作方法进行了分析和工艺验证。与传统测试方法相比,快速校验法可大大提高成品常规校验的效率,降低企业的制造成本。

A quick check process of thermal magnetic release setting current for long delay protection was proposed. The optimum current setting ratio, the best setting time, the optima! operation method were analyzed and verified. Compared with the traditional method, the quick check method can improve the product checking efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
