金鱼藻对5种水华微藻生长的抑制作用 被引量:13

摘要 采用共培养方法,研究了新鲜金鱼藻和其水溶性抽提液对颤藻、水华束丝藻、衣藻、实球藻和纤维藻等5种水华微藻生长的影响。在此基础上,分析了金鱼藻干粉末的甲醇提取物作用下5种水华微藻的生长。同时,研究了金鱼藻种植水的中/酸性-氯仿萃取物对5种微藻生长的影响。结果表明,共生条件下金鱼藻能显著抑制5种水华微藻的生长。第8天,20 g/L的新鲜金鱼藻和金鱼藻水溶性抽提液对5种水华微藻的生长抑制率超过42%。在4.8 g/L时,金鱼藻甲醇提取物对颤藻、水华束丝藻、衣藻、实球藻和纤维藻的生长抑制率分别为54.6%、46.1%、50.3%、52.1%和68.0%。金鱼藻种植水的中/酸性-氯仿萃取物均具有明显的抑藻活性。 Fresh tissue of submerged macrophytes Ceratophyllum demersum and aqueous extracts of C.demersum were tested for inhibitory activity against five species of water bloom microalgae including Oscillatoria sp.,Aphanizomenon flos-aquae,Chlamydomonas sp.,Pandorina morum and Ankistrodesmus sp.by the method of co-culture.To study the effects of extracts of C.demersum dry powder on the growth of those microalgae,the extracts were extracted with methanol.Thereafter,the extracts from C.demersum liquor cultured were fractionized into neutral and acidic fractions by chloroform extraction,and growth inhibition of those water bloom microalgae by neutral and acidic fractions was studied respectively.Results indicated that growth of five water bloom microalgae was significantly inhibited by C.demersum fresh tissue and aqueous extracts of C.demersum at the concentration of 20 g/L,of which the inhibition effect was above 42% at day 8.Inhibitory effect of Oscillatoria sp.,A.flos-aquae,Chlamydomonas sp.,P.morum and Ankistrodesmus sp.by the methanol extracts of C.Demersum dry powder at the concentration of 4.8 g/L was 54.6%,46.1%,50.3%,52.1% and 68.0% at day 8 respectively.The neutral and acidic fractions have strong inhibitory activity on five species of water bloom microalgae respectively.
