摘要
为提高天然沸石对氟的吸附能力,采用活化天然沸石负载壳聚糖改性处理,研究了除氟剂的性能,确定了除氟剂的最佳改性条件:2.0%冰醋酸溶液,壳聚糖浓度为0.05 g/mL,壳聚糖:沸石(质量比)=0.07,室温下改性5 min。最适除氟条件:pH=6.0,粒径1~2 mm,100 r/min的速度搅拌反应50 min,静置0 min。吸附剂对F-的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温线,对氟离子的饱和吸附容量为10.63 mg/g。
To enhance the defluoridation capacity,activated natural zeolite was coated with chitosan.Batch experiments were done to test effect of particle size,contact time,static placing time,pH,adsorbent dosage and agitation speed on Fremoval.Results showed that the optimum conditions of modification were glacial acetic acid 2.0%,chitosan 0.05 g/mL,chitosan/zeolite ratio of 0.07,in 20 ℃ for 5 min,and the optimum conditions for F-removal were pH 6.0,particle size 1~2 mm,contact time and agitation speed 50 min and 100 r/min respectively.The fluoride adsorption on modified zeolite was well described by Langmuir adsorption model,and the maximum fluoride adsorption capacity was 10.63 mg/g.
