S43-14 RuCl3-DCHA催化伯苄醇被空气氧化成醛

摘要 伯苄醇在THF中,加入0.05当量的RuCl3+H2O以及1当量的二环已胺(DCHA),空气中室温反应2~4d,可氧化成相应的苯甲醛,苯环有羟基取代不受影响。当苯环有吸电子基时,收率较低(6例36%~45%),其余12例收率70%~90%。该氧化体系对伯苄醇具有选择性,对仲醇或者非苄醇的氧化收率很低。
