综合评价方法在药学研究中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Evaluation Methods to Pharmaceutical Research

对多属性体系结构描述的对象系统做出全局性、整体性的评价是科学研究的关键点之一。综合评价方法是运用多指标多总体同时进行定量评价和比较的一种方法。本文简要介绍了应用于药学研究的4类综合评价方法(统计分析方法、系统工程法、模糊数学法和智能化方法)中几种常用方法的优缺点及应用实例。

The overall and entire evaluation of the object described by multi-attribute system is one of the key points of scientific research. Comprehensive evaluation methods are applied to quantitatively analysis and compare the multiple indexes and multi-populations. The advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used methods of four types of comprehensive evaluation （statistical analysis method, system engineering method, fuzzy mathematics method and intelligent method） and some application examples are briefly introduced in this paper.
