摘要 KNN基无铅压电陶瓷的研究是目前铁电压电材料领域的研究热点之一。这里结合近期国内外有关KNN基陶瓷的研究现状,重点介绍了多型相变的机理及通过离子掺杂取代产生的多型相变对KNN基陶瓷的相结构和性能的影响。 The research of KNN-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic is one of the most important issues in the area of ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials.In this paper,the research status of KNN-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic was summarized.The mechanism of polymorphic phase transition was mainly introduced.The effects of polymorphic phase transition on the structure and properties of K0.5Na0.5NbO3-based piezoelectric ceramics were also introduced.
